When you contact WhiteBirch Studios Architectural Renderings and Illustrations you are really commissioning me, Bobby W Parker, to create a 3D architectural rendering or illustration of your project.  Although the final deliverable is created by me I might contract part of the process out.  If a part of your project is outsourced I will be your single point of contact.

Why would I outsource part of the process?  Simple... time constraints.  People who commission me to create their 3D architectural renderings or illustrations want the image to have the look and feel of the rest of my work, which can only be accomplished by me doing the creative part of the process.  If time is the issue I might contact a sub-contractor and have the 3D model built, which is a lot less subjective and usually does not separate the mediocre renderings and illustrations from the masterpieces.  Think about it... I would be less effective if I didn't have this type of plan "B".

let me clarify outsourcing. A lot of times when you contact a rendering and illustration company on the internet you are contacting someone oversees or someone in the states who is hired as the front man for the oversees firms.  Once the job is sold then your project goes into the hopper and lands on the next available artists desk.  The preponderance of the renderings I have seen in the last several years have been of very poor quality.  If you want cheap and fast this kind of outsourcing might be for you. The outsourcing I am comfortable in is me being networked in the 3D graphics industry and establishing some good relationships with trusted artist.  These artists and I use each others services when needed.  This is typical practice with freelance artists.

Some of the most talented CG artist today come from oversees, these are not outsourcing firms, but extremely talented illustrators.
